I am pleased to announce that Sonoraville Work-Based Learning is the recipient of the Trade Five Grant this year. This $500 Grant has enabled us to provide our students with Career Interest Tours in the fields of Public Safety, Animal Science, Healthcare Science, and Automotive Technology. Coming this spring our students will participate in the Rising Professionals event at the Dalton Trade Center. This annual event is hosted by five school systems, sponsored by local industries, and attended by over 600 WBL Students. Plans for this semester include two more Career Tours in the fields of Construction and Manufacturing.
